We have tried to make it easy for you to buy the products you want from our website. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. However, we rely on the information you provide us, and it is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and complete. Before you can complete your order you will need to confirm that you accept these terms & conditions by putting a check in the appropriate box during the confirmation process.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Switch and Solo payments.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All products depicted on this website are available to be delivered to almost everywhere on mainland UK, and by special arrangement to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles and Scottish Highlands. All products are subject to availability. If the products you order are unavailable, we may offer you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price, but we shall notify you. If the alternative is not acceptable we shall reimburse your payment in full.
Our free delivery offer refers to deliveries within most of mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales). Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and some post codes in mainland Scotland will incur an extra delivery charge and will possibly incur an extended delivery time. Due to the nature of third party delivery, additional delivery charges are outside our control. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to accept additional delivery charges should your postcode necessitate these.
Any times or dates stated on Egarden Furniture Limited's website or confirmation emails regarding delivery are estimates only. Egarden Furniture Limited endeavours to deliver within 7 working days, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. Orders received on non-working days, will be processed the next working day.
Delivery will be deemed as complete once the product has arrived at the address provided.
A signature is usually required as proof of delivery, but confirmation procedure is ultimately decided by the courier. Products may be left at the delivery address without the recipient's permission. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged at least 18. Products will be deemed your responsibility once delivery is complete. Any loss or damage to the products shall then be at your own risk.
In the case of delivery to non-domestic locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery. If delivery is refused at the delivery address, and re-requested for another date, Egarden Furniture Limited may charge for the second delivery, since Egarden Furniture Limited met our delivery obligations with the initial delivery attempt. It is the recipient's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note. You should notify Egarden Furniture Limited of the shortages within 7 days of delivery. If the packaging is damaged on delivery we recommend the contents are inspected before accepting and signing the delivery note. Shortages and any damage must be noted on the delivery note.

Prices listed are in £(GBP) and are inclusive of delivery costs and VAT. We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. We try to ensure the prices displayed on our website are correct.
If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, email us and ask for a price match. Discounted quotations can be requested for bulk or multiple orders, charities and community organisations.

Payment is only available by one of the credit or debit card listed on the site, and is taken when the order is placed. You must be at least 18 years of age, the credit or debit card must be your own and have sufficient funds available for the transaction. We can only deliver your order to the registered address of your card. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please check the details carefully, and inform us by email of any discrepancies.

When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card payments are securely processed by Protx. Egarden Furniture Limited's website does not retain any credit/debit card details.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, Egarden Furniture Limited may charge you for the carriage of those products. Any charges will be communicated to you before Egarden Furniture Limited confirm the cancellation.

Before you request or arrange the return of a product, please read the information below carefully:
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 calendar days of delivery for any reason (including if you change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing via email within 7 calendar days of delivery. If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage (notified to us on delivery date) or manufacturer defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products to a return address specified by us via email. All returned products must have an RMA Number clearly visible on the address label, and must be completely disassembled and correctly placed in all original packaging. The RMA Number will be provided with address details for the return. Products are supplied from multiple locations and need to be returned to the appropriate location for processing. Do not send returns to our Registered Office as this has no facilities for receiving packages.
We may require digital photographic evidence of the satisfactory condition of the item you are returning. On request, we will collect the products from you, you will receive a full refund and may be exempt from additional delivery charges if:
1. The product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description;
2. The product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 calendar days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. You will not be charged for the costs of returning a defective product. If products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and inform us within 7 calendar days of the delivery. If the product becomes defective soon after 7 calendar days have passed, Egarden Furniture Limited will, at its option, repair the product, replace the product or make a refund.
We will not accept returns if the products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product. This action will be deemed as treating the products as your own, including fully assembling the products. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Flat packed products must be returned as flat packed products, including complete disassembly. Care must be taken to ensure the returned products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Egarden Furniture Limited tries to make sure that all measurements are as accurate as possible. Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the refund will be made in £(GBP) at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the refund.
